Our services are intended for clients who are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
While we strive to provide accurate and current legal information, outcomes depend on individual cases. No guarantees or warranties are provided regarding specific results unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Service fees are presented in CHF and are due in advance unless otherwise arranged. We accept online payment or bank transfer. VAT, where applicable, is added separately. You will receive a written confirmation and invoice after ordering any service.
Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
If cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, or in case of a no-show, the full amount is non-refundable.
For prepaid project-based services, partial refunds may be granted based on the portion of work completed at the time of cancellation.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be assessed within 5 business days.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information related to their legal inquiries. We are not liable for consequences arising from misinformation or omitted documents.
We treat all client data and communication with strict confidentiality in accordance with Swiss professional secrecy laws and GDPR/FADP standards.
All written content, templates, and legal materials shared with clients are the intellectual property of enterlawzonefit.com and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages, including financial loss resulting from service use or misuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lugano, Ticino.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an effective date.
